The Ko Work Event Policies
1. Ticket Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event rescheduling. If an event is canceled or significantly postponed by The Ko Work, you will be eligible for a refund or offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.
2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify The Ko Work in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event with the new attendee’s details. The original ticket purchaser remains responsible for any liability or issues associated with the transfer.
3. Event Conduct
We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment at all The Ko Work events. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any behavior that disrupts the event, including harassment or discrimination, will not be tolerated. The Ko Work reserves the right to remove individuals from the event without refund if they engage in inappropriate conduct.
4. Photography and Media
By attending The Ko Work events, you agree to be photographed and/or recorded. The Ko Work reserves the right to use any photographs or recordings from the event for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform the event organizers in advance.
5. Liability
The Ko Work is not responsible for any personal injury, damage to property, or loss of belongings that may occur during the event. Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk. We recommend securing any personal valuables and ensuring appropriate insurance coverage if necessary.
6. Event Changes
The Ko Work reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, or venue if necessary. We will notify attendees as soon as possible of any significant changes, and ticket holders will have the option to transfer to another event in the case of major adjustments.
7. COVID-19 and Health Protocols
The Ko Work will follow all applicable health guidelines for events, including any COVID-19 protocols that may be in place at the time of the event. Attendees are responsible for adhering to any health and safety requirements, including mask-wearing or providing proof of vaccination if mandated by local authorities or the event venue.
